  (1) Division - There are two divisions, Color and Monochrome.
Color images contain two or more colors.

Monochrome images include black and white, sepia, and images that contain only one color. Monochrome images may be hand-colored, although only one color may be added.

  (2) Size - There are two sizes, Large and 96-Square.
To be included in the "96-Square" size, a) the print/mount must be at least 35 square inches but cannot exceed 96 square inches, and b) the longest dimension cannot exceed 20 inches. (To calculate the square inches, multiply the width times the length. For example, a print mounted on a 8" x 12" matboard has a mount size of 8 x 12 = 96 square inches).

To be included in the "Large" size a) the print must be at least 80 square inches, b) the mount size must be larger than 96 square inches, c) the mount size must be equal to or less than 320 square inches (for example, 16"x20"), and d) the longest dimension cannnot exceed 20 inches.

  3) Subject Matter - There are two types of subject matter, Open and Theme.
  "Open" is any subject matter.

For an image to be a "Theme" image the primary subject matter must be related to the club's theme of the month. View the themes for this year.
